At today’s count, Imagine Rural Development Initiative has propagated over 1100 Moringa trees for our Feed it Forward campaign to counteract malnutrition and poverty in Zambia. We’re hoping to reach the 2000 mark by the end of January, giving 5 Moringa trees to 400 schools and communities-in-need who will plant and care for their trees. [...] Read more »

At today’s count, the Feed it Forward campaign has 766 Moringa trees ready for distribution at schools and communities-in-need across Zambia. Imagine Rural Development Initiative will be distributing these Moringa trees from early January 2011, with the goal of planting a total of 20,000 trees within the next two years. We are working on the construction of our roadside farm store, where locals will be able to purchase produce from the IRDI/ Lusaka Training Center.
